Meet Sam, baker and owner of Bageriet B. Sam runs his bakery with both people and the planet in mind, showing how good bread can also mean good choices for our food system. In this edition of ‘Meet the Producers’, he shares how biodiversity shapes his baking, why seasonality matters behind the scenes, and how pastries and loaves can directly support local farmers making sustainable decisions.
